I.Features

II.Function and Application
#25 plastic part is fixed on wave solder pallets and #25 dowel pin was fixed on top hat .#25 Dia 7.6mm will be used together with #25 Dia6.1mm hole and #22.The action is that by using different diamter part to reach precise and fast insert -in when top hat position on main wave solder pallet.It can keep right direction.
Remarks: below picture part is #25 without surface treatment.If clients need,the aluminum part on dowel pin can have natural anodix oxidation.Current dowel pin is made two part( one part:aluminum material and another part:iron with electroplated nickel).If client required stainless steel material for dowel pin,we can customize for clients specially.Hope clients provide drawing for us.Appreciated.
